Frequently Asked Questions

How many questions can I ask?

As many as you like – within reason. If you’re asking 10 questions in an hour or sending me a to-do list as long as your arm, we probably need to book in a Strategy Call or bump you up to a Tech Clinic or Tech Surgery package.

Is this 1:1 support?

Not exactly. This isn’t coaching, and there are no live calls. Think of it like a helpdesk. You ask a question, I answer – simple. It’s written support, delivered by a real human (me), and you’ll usually get a reply within 24–48 hours on weekdays.

Can I get value if I’m not techy?

Absolutely. This is made for you. You don’t need to know all the jargon or have everything perfect. If you’re not sure how to word the question, just describe what’s going wrong – I’ll know what you mean.

What kind of questions can I ask?

Anything tech-related for your business: “How do I tag someone in my email system?” “Why isn’t my automation firing?” “How do I make this sales page convert better?” “What platform should I use?” I won’t do the work for you, but I’ll walk you through it – or record a Loom if needed.

Will you always know the answer?

I’m not an expert in every platform, but I know the strategy behind what makes a funnel, automation or system work. So even if I don’t know the exact clicks in your tool, I can help you troubleshoot it, figure out a workaround, or find the right place to dig deeper.

What if I want you to fix it for me?

That’s what the Tech Clinic or Tech Surgery is for. Tech Triage is support – not done-for-you. If you need a fix or full setup, I’ve got packages for that too.
