Accessibility and Inclusion

My business is built on the belief that tech should be accessible to everyone – not just the people with time, energy, money, or perfect health.

That means I’m actively working to make sure that the way I show up – online and offline – is inclusive, flexible, and supportive of the full spectrum of human experience.

  • I welcome you exactly as you are - Whatever your gender, pronouns, body, mobility, sensory needs, race, culture, age, religion, or neurotype – you belong here.

  • I design with flexibility in mind - Whether you need more time, different formats, clearer communication, alternative communication style, or space to process, you can tell me what works best for you. My goal is always to make my services feel usable and low-pressure.

  • I understand that not all access needs are visible - Fatigue, pain, anxiety, processing challenges – these are real, valid, and I will never make you explain or justify them. If something feels hard or inaccessible, please let me know and I will adapt my approach.

  • I believe good tech support shouldn’t cost the earth - I’m committed to offering brilliant, reliable tech help that doesn’t feel out of reach. That’s why I offer lower-cost options, flexible pricing on some services, and payment plans wherever possible. If you’re on a tight budget but need help, let’s talk – I’ll always do my best to find something that works for both of us.

What I'm already doing:

This isn’t just theory. Here’s what I’ve already put in place across my business to support accessibility and inclusion:

  • My booking forms include space for your pronouns and any access needs you want me to know about

  • Every page of my website is written in plain text, with a focus on clarity and ease of understanding

  • I use an accessibility widget so visitors can adjust contrast, text size, or use text-to-speech

  • Any video content I share (for myself or clients) includes captions, a full transcript, and an audio-only option – because everyone deserves to consume content in a way that works for them

I'm still learning

I might not always get everything right, but I’m committed to listening, adapting, and improving. If you spot something I could do better – I’d really like to know.

If you have any access needs – physical, sensory, financial, emotional – or questions before working together, just drop me a message. I’ll do everything I can to make it work for you.
