A quick note on terminology. You might know a low-cost offer like this by its more common name, a "tripwire." I've stopped using that word. It implies you're meant to trip someone up into a decision, and that's never been how I work. You won't see a countdown clock here, or a line telling you this is the only time you'll ever see this offer. Fifteen minutes isn't long enough to decide anything properly, so I don't ask you to. This is simply a small, genuinely useful next step alongside whatever you've just signed up for or downloaded, nothing more.
